Cancellation Policy
Jack Fox Football Coaching is committed to providing a positive, fun and beneficial service to all customers.
Unfortunately, when a session is cancelled without giving enough notice, others are prevented from getting the chance to receive the service I offer.
Whilst my first priority is always the well-being and development of my customers, i must also look to run an efficient and cost-effective business in order to continue to deliver my service to yourself and others.
As a result, i have established the following terms surrounding the cancellation of agreed and pre-booked coaching sessions.
Cancellations MUST be made 24 hours before scheduled.
Less than 24 hours notice before a scheduled booking will incur a £10 fee.
Less than 12 hours notice of a scheduled booking, or non attendance will incur a £20 fee.
Please note that I understand exceptional circumstances do occur, but I hope that everyone understands why there is a need for this policy. I am always striving to deliver a better service to all of my customers.
